Singapore's hub for heritage food education

The Museum of Food is a non-profit for heritage food education. We look into everything to do with food in Singapore : from preserving the tools and recipes our grandmothers used, to passing down their skills and knowledge to the current generation, and looking at the sustainability of our heritage foods and food industry as a whole -- we're interested in it all.

We believe that Singapore's food belongs to all of her people, and that heritage food education must be accessible to all pockets of society in order to build a Singapore that takes ownership of our culinary heritage.​

We seek out untold stories, acquire food-related assets, conduct research, and document traditional food techniques.

We make heritage food education accessible to all, through the sharing of food memories, artefacts, and techniques.

We curate activities with intention, that seed food memories for future generations.
